The Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group uses VisiTour in the Facility Management sector. In company with four dispatchers VisiTour coordinates 280 field service personnel in four territories. In the tenant centres and in the sales centres tickets (calls) are generated in the SAP-CRM.

VisiTour is completely embedded in the SAP environment and serves as a black box – the SAP CRM uses VisiTour’s web services: The employees schedule the tickets directly in the CRM and receive round optimised call proposals and confirm them in the CRM. Additionally VisiTour is installed on mobile devices (laptops). SAP CRM automatically collects appointments and further relevant information for the field personnel. Therefore a synchronisation of the data between VisiTour and the laptops is not necessary.

During the approach to a call VisiTour searches unscheduled calls within a radius of 300 m. These so called container tickets are transmitted to the mobile device together with the current call. In spite of a temporal fixation of appointments within a tour calls can scheduled dynamically between two others. Thus idle times can be avoided at the best.
