During the Cebit, FLS demonstrated for the first time a real client–server solution for round planning. Any amount of schedulers or call-center agents can schedule optimal calls and routes with VisiTour scheduling and route planning. VisiTour consists of a Web/applications server and a Windows Thin Client (GUIs). Even without a local workstation installation all the features of interactive route planning can be used, such as the drag & drop function or a graphic scheduler. |
