With VisiTour Mobile you always stay connected to your field representatives. You can send all relevant data to your employees, either in one shot in advance or in individual parcels as required – to a PDA, notebook or Blackberry. Your employees can act on the orders respectively and provide feedback. All information is instantly available at a central location – whether it be spare part orders, order entries, visit reports or customers’ signatures.
VisiTour constantly aligns current order data with remaining planned appointments. The system immediately recognises changes to the plan status or possible appointment delays. In such cases, the remaining appointments are rescheduled automatically and without delay.
With the navigation system TomTom WORK, the optimal order is transmitted automatically and in real-time from VisiTour to your employee’s TomTom device. As soon as the employee enters the time when a job is started, navigation for the current job is launched. Status reports (arrival, starting time or completion of job) are sent directly from the TomTom device in the vehicle to VisiTour. TomTom WORK can also be used for tracking within VisiTour. This provides you with a constant update of the location of all vehicles.
