Once you enter the opening times and the time range of the visit, the system will offer you optimal appointments – reliably and within seconds. In case it’s not desirable or possible to plan specific visits immediately, you can postpone the assignment of the appointment to a later point in time. Possible changes of your appointment- and round-scheduling can be implemented quickly and easily by Drag & Drop.

When the program starts for the first time, please click on "test account" and enter your data. You will then receive your access data by email. You can now register and start planning routes. Since all data is stored on a server at the FLS computer centre, you will need an internet connection to work with VisiTour One.

The trial period starts on the day of registration. If you are convinced by VisiTour One after 14 days, you can convert your trial version to a full version or buy a completely server-based version. You can download the German test version here. The annual user fee for VisiTour One, including ASP service, is € 398 plus VAT.
